Mice Control - Starting at $275
This service removes mice from your home or business. For this price you receive two visits, rodent exclusion work, and all necessary equipment. We use poison that is placed only in tamper-proof bait stations designed to prevent accidental exposure and to avoid secondary poisoning. At the first visit we set up the bait stations and other materials in the locations we determine are necessary, then inspect the building to locate entry points and seal them using spray foam and/or copper mesh. We will schedule a follow-up visit 7–10 days later with your designated point of contact. On that follow-up we will inspect and restock the bait stations as needed; the stations remain on your property for ongoing prevention.

The most common poisons we use are Contrac All Weather Blox and Brigand SB Rodenticide
Containing the active ingredient, Bromadiolone, CONTRAC All-Weather BLOX rodenticide is a single-feeding anticoagulant rodenticide. CONTRAC BLOX is specially formulated with a blend paraffin and food-grade ingredients.
Time tested rodent acceptance and control due to its highly palatable formulation, CONTRAC BLOX rodenticide is an excellent clean-out and maintenance bait to control mice and rats, including warfarin-resistant Norway rats.
CONTRAC All-Weather BLOX rodenticide is a single-feeding anticoagulant rodenticide. CONTRAC BLOX is specially formulated with a blend paraffin and food-grade ingredients.
For ease of use, a hole in the center of the BLOX lets technicians place it on bait securing rods in tamper-resistant bait stations, or nail or wire the BLOX in place.
- CONTRAC 28 gm BLOX works well in tight places, nailed to rafters or ceilings, or in Bell's tamper-resistant bait stations.
- Highly palatable, yet weatherable, CONTRAC works well in wet and dry conditions.
- Multiple edges attracts rodent's desire to gnaw.
- Bait shyness is not an issue with CONTRAC because mortality occurs a few days after bait is consumed.

Brigand Soft Bait is made using the highest quality ingredients including food grade wheat flour, chopped grain, soft lard and synthetic peanut flavoring to produce a highly palatable rodenticide. The synthetic peanut flavoring enhances the attractiveness of the bait to the target rodent, while eliminating nut contamination and allergen risks. Taste adjuvants and flavors help to improve bait take and stabilizing agents prevent oxidation. Brigand Soft Bait provides effective control of rats and house mice; its high fat makes it the preferred formulation in cold situations, or where rodents have declined to accept other baits.
