General Insect Prevention Treatment
Starting at $150
This service provides general preventative pest control for your property. We treat your siding, soffits, landscaping, and foundation around your home or business to reduce pest activity and deter future infestations. The treatment targets spiders, ants, Asian beetles, centipedes, millipedes, and other common pests, helping to keep your property protected and more comfortable year‑round.
Mice Treatment
Starting at $275
This service removes mice from your home or business. For this price you receive two visits, rodent exclusion work, and all necessary equipment. We use poison that is placed only in tamper-proof bait stations designed to prevent accidental exposure and to avoid secondary poisoning. At the first visit we set up the bait stations and other materials in the locations we determine are necessary, then inspect the building to locate entry points and seal them using spray foam or copper mesh. We will schedule a follow-up visit 7–10 days later with your designated point of contact. On that follow-up we will inspect and restock the bait stations as needed; the stations remain on your property for ongoing prevention.
Bed Bug Treatment
Starting at $400
We will come and inspect your home to see if we find any signs of Bedbugs. If it is already confirmed, we will email you our preparation guide on how to prepare for the day of service. We will treat beds, furniture, carpets, walls, baseboards, and other areas for these insects. It is common to see them after a treatment for 3 weeks after day of treatment. Anything after 3- weeks a secondary treatment may be recommended.
